Fitly — Privacy Policy

Fitly (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered wardrobe and outfit assistant. We care about your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum needed to make the App work. This policy explains what we process and why.

Summary

• No account, no login. You can use Fitly without registering.
• Your wardrobe stays on your device. Clothes, outfits and preferences are stored locally.
• No advertising and no tracking. We do not show ads and do not use third-party tracking or analytics.
• We send clothing photos to an AI service only to analyze them and generate suggestions.

Data we process

• Clothing photos (camera / photo library). When you add an item, the photo is stored locally on your device. To recognize the garment, remove its background, and build outfit suggestions, the image is sent to our AI processing service. Photos are processed to provide these features and are not used to identify you or for advertising.
• Approximate location (optional). If you allow it, your coarse location is used only to fetch local weather so suggestions match the conditions. It is not stored by us or used for anything else. You can decline and choose the weather manually.
• Purchase status. Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple. We only receive whether a purchase is active in order to unlock premium features. We never see your payment details.

AI processing & third parties

To provide AI features, clothing images and related text are sent through our secure proxy to Google Gemini for analysis. This processing is transient and is used solely to return the analysis/suggestion to your device. We do not retain your images for advertising or profiling. Apple handles all in-app purchases.

Storage & retention

Your wardrobe data, saved outfits and settings are stored on your device. We do not keep a copy on our servers. Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device. Images sent for analysis are processed in real time and are not stored long-term by us.

Your choices

• Camera, photo and location permissions can be granted or revoked anytime in your device Settings.
• You can delete any clothing item or outfit in the App; uninstalling deletes all local data.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.

Children

Fitly is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
